  • The perfume bottle must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and accessories (if any).
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, the fragrance should be substantially unused. A few test sprays are acceptable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A full refund of the product price will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted if:
